1. Eligible Grounds for Return or Replacement

We only accept return, replacement, or refund requests under the following two specific conditions:

• Size Issues: If the purchased garment does not fit as expected according to our category sizing charts.
• Manufacturing Defects: If the garment has structural defects, torn stitching, printing faults, or other quality errors occurring during production.

Requests made for reasons other than size issues or manufacturing defects (such as change of mind, personal styling preferences, etc.) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Size Issue Resolution (Replacement Only)

We want to ensure you get the absolute perfect fit for your workouts. In the event of a size issue:

• Replacement Policy: We offer a **replacement (size exchange) only** for the same product in a different size.
• No Refunds for Size Issues: Please note that we do **not** issue monetary refunds for size discrepancies. We will happily exchange the item for the correct size to support your training needs.

3. Manufacturing Defect Resolution (Refund or Replacement)

Each Boltever garment undergoes strict quality assessments. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Resolution Options: You are fully eligible to receive either a **complete monetary refund** or a **free brand-new replacement** of the same product.
• Refund Processing: If you opt for a refund, the amount will be processed directly to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days after our quality team inspects and approves the defective cargo. A refund reference ID will be logged in your Order History dashboard.

4. Crucial Timeline & Contact Channel

To qualify for a successful return, replacement, or refund, you must adhere strictly to the following parameters:

• 7-Day Claim Window: Any request for a replacement or refund must be submitted within **7 calendar days** from the date the product is successfully delivered. Requests received after 7 days from delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Submission Channel (Email Only): All requests must be made by sending an email directly to our official support desk (please refer to our Contact Us page for the support email address). Please include your **Order ID**, product details, the specific issue (noting size details or attaching clear photos in case of manufacturing defects).

5. Product Eligibility Conditions

For any size replacement or defect verification to be processed, the product must meet the following baseline conditions:

• The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in the original packaging with all premium brand labels and hangtags fully intact and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided in the request email.
