1. Shipping Timelines

• Order Processing: All orders are verified, packed, and ready for courier dispatch within 24-48 business hours of order placement.
• Transit Timelines: Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location, city, and shipping state.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹1199: A standard shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable.
• Orders of ₹1199 and above: You are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping across all states and Union Territories in India!

3. Payment Options & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Online Payments (Prepaid): We accept all major online payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets powered by Razorpay. Online payments carry no extra transactions fees.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • COD is available only for orders with a total cart value below ₹2499.
  • A flat COD convenience fee of ₹70 is applicable in such cases.
  • Orders of ₹2499 or more are not eligible for COD and must be paid using online prepaid options.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

We provide full visibility for your transit cargo. Once handed over to our shipment partners, tracking details are logged on your Order History portal:

• Tracking ID/Number
