1. Free Will & Conditions of Use

By registering or using the website, you warrant that you are older than the minimum legal age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (at least 18 years of age) and have the full capacity and authority to do so. You agree that you are accessing our services of your own free will and agree to maintain only one active customer account on our platform.

2. Sizing Accuracy & Fabric Technology

We engineer our active sportswear using premium, custom-tested athletic fabrics (including Lycra Blends for stretch, Moisture-Wicking Polyester, Nylon Snake RN Matty, and Breathable Athletic Mesh):

Size Selection: Sizing accuracy is critical for athletic performance. Fits differ between cuts, and we provide dedicated Size Chart images on every product details page.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for consulting the product-specific size chart before placing your order to ensure a proper fit.

3. Payments, Razorpay Gateway, & Transaction Security

We prioritize the security of your financial data:

Secure Processor: All payments are processed through **Razorpay**, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. All data is encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology.
No Card Storage: We **never** view or store credit/debit card numbers, CVV, PINs, or UPI passcodes on our local databases.
Payment Failures: In the event of a banking server timeout where funds are deducted but the order is not placed, Razorpay's auto-reconciliation systems will return the deducted amount to your original payment source within 24-48 business hours.

4. Shipping, Transit, & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Our dispatch and shipping systems follow strict operational guidelines as detailed in our Shipping Policy:

Processing & Transit: Orders are verified, packed, and ready for courier dispatch within 24-48 business hours. Standard shipping across India takes approximately 3-7 business days.
Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹1199. Orders of ₹1199 and above qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available only for orders with a total cart value below ₹2499 and is subject to a flat ₹70 convenience fee. Orders of ₹2499 or more are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid.

5. Return, Replacement, & Refund Policy

To maintain high quality control standards, our Return & Refund Policy strictly limits returns to two grounds:

Eligible Grounds: Returns or exchange requests are accepted **strictly for size issues or manufacturing defects**. Requests for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, color preference) are not accepted.
7-Day Claim Window: All claims must be submitted via email within **7 calendar days** of order delivery. Requests made after 7 days will be rejected.
Size Issues (Replacement Only): We offer a size exchange (replacement) only. No monetary refunds are issued for size discrepancies.
Manufacturing Defects: Defective items are eligible for either a full refund or a free replacement. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
Condition of Goods: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, with all premium hangtags and original packaging intact.

6. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct

All catalog designs, website layout, graphics, fabric technology descriptions, and software code on this website belong to Boltever Sports and its developers. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, scraping, or benchmarking our platform for competitive or commercial purposes. We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or terminate user accounts immediately for any policy violations or suspected fraudulent activity.
